Ingredients
CAKE:
Sugar
Vegetable Oil
Eggs
Buttermilk
Vanilla Extract
Red Food Coloring
Flour
Baking Soda
Salt
**SECRET INGREDIENT**

FROSTING:
Cream Cheese
Confectionery Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Nuts (Pecans or Walnuts)

Steps:
Cake
1. Add 2 cops of sugar and 1 cup vegetable oil to a large bowl
2. Add 2 eggs to the bowl
3. Add 1 cup of buttermilk
4. Add 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
5. Add 1-2 ounces of red food coloring
6. Whisk the bowl of wet ingredients
7. In another bowl add 2 cups flour
8. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to the flour
9. Add 1 teaspoon of salt
10. Whisk the dry ingredients together
11. Slowly add wet bowl into dry bowl whisking
12. Add oil to bottom of baking pan
13. Pour mix into the baking pan
14. Put pan into the oven at 350°

Cream Cheese Frosting
1. In a bowl add 2 cups of cream cheese
2. Add 1 cup of confectionery sugar
3. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
4. Whisk until light and frothy
5. Top baked cake with fresh frosting
6. Crush up nuts and sprinkle on top
