Malai khaja
For dough
* 180 gm all purpose flour or 1 n 1/2 cup
* 3 tbsp desi ghee
* Pinch of salt
* Water as needed
Sugar syrup
* 1 n 1/4 cup sugar
* 1 n 1/4 cup water
Mawa filing
* 3 tbsp khoya ( mawa)
* 1 tsp sugar or as your taste
* 1 tbsp almond n pistachio mix powder
* 1 tbsp pistachio slice
* 1 tbsp almond flakes
* 3 seed of cardamon ( optional)

Paste for layering
* 2 tbsp desi ghee
* 2 tbsp corn flour
Colour
* green
* Red
Note : in this measurement 8-10 pieces khaja
