How To Make Chilli Con Carne
1 brown onion, finely diced
1 red capsicum, thinly diced
3 tbsp olive oil
3 crushed garlic cloves
1kg beef mince
salt/pepper to season
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp ground paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 heaped tbsp tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes, 400g can
1 cup beef stock
1 can kidney beans, 400g can
