GE spot on Purifying sea water . Filmed in Bldg 37-664, General Engineering Laboratory. Ed Lustenader and Dr. Franz Neugebauer describe technique. Circular tube surrounded by steam jacket. Wipe deposits thin film of contaminated water on interior of tube. Water evaporates, condenses to yield fresh water. Test at Rockport, MA. Naval applications.
