Hoy preparamos un riquñisimo bizcoflan y pera ello vamos a necesitar.
Para el caramelo
6 cucharadas de azucar y unas gotitas de limón
Para el flan
4 huevos, medio litro de leche y 120 gr. de azucar
Para el bizcoho
3 huevos, 90 gr. de harina todo uso y 90 gr. de azucar.
