น้ำมันหอย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซีอิ๊วขาว ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำตาล 1/3 ช้อนชา
พริก 12 เม็ด
กระเทียม 5 กลีบ
พริกไทยเม็ด 1 ช้อนชา
น้ำมันสำหรับผัด
