How to Import 4K60 GoPro HERO6 Black Video into FCPX

This is how to import GoPro HERO6 Black 4K60 video into Final Cut Pro X. At the time of posting this video, trying to import 4K60 video directly into Final Cut Pro X simply produces blank video with audio.
